1-The best and the kindest customer service, they were amaizingly helpful and cheerful. 2-One of the most delicious breakfast 3- clean and tidy , feels like home 4- definitely worth the money and can not wait to visit there again! 5- cosy and warm bar and breakfast/dinner lounge 6- not perfect but good location very nice pub just around the corner with delicious food and retro style. The staff were extremely accommodating when we discovered that the room we had chosen had only a shower and very little space for toiletries etc. We were upgraded at once with no extra charge to a delightful room. They were also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places of interest. And the breakfast was excellent.
所有评语 » Personal attention, and it provided everything we needed. There was amazing assistance when my wife didn't have a shower cap and they produced one in about a minute. We loved it and want to return next year. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. Parking location on the street was only 9.50 for 24hrs. Food took some time to arrive but was tasty. Very friendly staff, the owner made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was superb and well worth waiting for. The room was comfy and modern, as was the bed. Overall a very good experience. The comfortable bed! I slept really well and felt very at home. Breakfast was lovely and the location makes for an easy walk to pubs, restaurants and shops. I would stay again!. Location, breakfast and friendly staff. The standard room we stayed in was very 'compact & bijoux' with very little hanging or storage space. Fine for a couple of days but any longer, or for people wanting to swing cats, not so good!. Breakfast was a little slow in arriving, wouldn't normally be a problem but we needed to rush. However, easily resolved by letting them know if you're in a hurry in advance - very small point as overall, excellent. Not being able to park in the same road of the hotel though in fairness we were able to park nearby with a voucher from the hotel. Everything fine. Nothing. We were unable to use Wi Fi in our room. Booked the cheapest room which was rather small. If we returned would probably book more expensive room which would be more comfortable. Room a bit small with limited storage.
