The hotel was what I would consider a 5 star. The decor were very modern, very comfortable, immaculate. The shower was spacious and had three different shower heads. A nice touch for the weary traveler.
There was a young man at reception who was very pleasant and eager to help with various dirrections to events and sightseeing -

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. Hotellet låg mkt centralt och att det var lätt att hitta dit. Kändes lyxigt för en så billig penning. bra airkondition - Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the palace. Air con worked perfectly room was very clean. Room service never called too early, didn't even see them at all, and the room was always done when we came back in the evening.
