The hotel was what I would consider a 5 star. The decor were very modern, very comfortable, immaculate. The shower was spacious and had three different shower heads. A nice touch for the weary traveler.
There was a young man at reception who was very pleasant and eager to help with various dirrections to events and sightseeing -

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. Sol. It is 2 minutes walking distance to Anton Martin Metro Station.

It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. Αυτή τη φορά το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο ενώ την πρώτη φορά ήταν μικρότερο (κανονικό), αλλά κυρίως είχε δωμάτιο που έβλεπε στο εσωτερικό του κτιρίου οπότε καλό θα ήταν να προλάβετε να ενημερώσετε. Το μπάρ στο δωμάτιο είναι ελεύθερο. - τοποθεσια, προσωπικο ξενοδοχείου,καθαριοτητα
