On check in I thought it was a nice gesture to be upgraded free of charge into the new room which was really spacious and modern. The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Stayed their recently while visitng my wife's famlily in the UK. To be honest the hotel was not our first choice, however we booked because it was a very convienient location. the executive suite was spacious and clean and good value for money
the breakfast was lovely enough variety and very quick service
the location was easy to get to and was far enough from the centre and traffic so it wasn't noisy but close enough that it was cheap in taxi to the centre
didn't eat in the actual restaurant but looked very nice and drink prices from the bar were reasonable
loved that they let us extend our room for 2hrs for £1
