The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows. the executive suite was spacious and clean and good value for money
the breakfast was lovely enough variety and very quick service
the location was easy to get to and was far enough from the centre and traffic so it wasn't noisy but close enough that it was cheap in taxi to the centre
didn't eat in the actual restaurant but looked very nice and drink prices from the bar were reasonable
loved that they let us extend our room for 2hrs for £1

The accommodation was spacious ,very comfortable bed and bathroom new. Wonderful shower .Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. Breakfast was excellent - good food - well cooked - well presented - hotel was clean and the staff were excellent,only stayed one night for the uefa cup final.easy acess to train station on mainline to manchester.
