House which I feel are particularly worthy of an especial mention.
Firstly, the genuine warmth and sincerity of the owners'
hospitality. 'They couldn't do enough for us' is a bit of a

I went to Chester for a birthday weekend, and was not disappointed.The
hotel had been given excellent reviews, and so that's why we chose
it. We were not disappointed, ... when we arrived both Kirstie and David
welcomed us and were very attentive, fetching our cases, recommending a
beautiful Italian restaurant to us and even booked the restaurant and
taxi. We stayed in Room 5 and was pleasantly surprised, the room and
bathroom were spacious, the bedding was beautiful, the room had fruit in

As a B&B this has far better facilities than most 5-star hotels - everything has been built on a 'top-quality' basis and it shows - in addition, unlike most hotels you are looked after by the owners in excellent style. Choose this and you will want to come back again and again - already planning our next visit! -

What an amazing place Ian & his partner have created!!! Stayed in the merlin suite, totally magical. Next time we book we will stay in the Camelot suite & bring are two teenage boys. Owner was so helpful and friendly. the character of the Camelot Suite is unsurpassed and is truly unique with its charm and cosy vibe. the whole family truly enjoyed the experience. it is 100 metres from the village so the shops, banks, bars are all walking distance

There are so many things to like about Victoria Lodge which make it an
enjoyable stay. The owners are friendly and welcoming, all of the rooms
are generous sizes and there is nothing that you need that isn't
provided. Vast selection for breakfast which us delicious. Beautiful
building and decor and quiet considering on a busy road. It isn't
licenced but there is a pub directly opposite. All in all a very

Family run old Manor, welcoming, little home made cakes in the lovely hall. Sammie (daughter) and John (father) were so friendly and really made us feel at home.
