A very nice hotel, with friendly and very helpful staff. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We called in early in the morning and as our room was ready we were allowed to book in straight away rather than waiting until the afternoon which was very helpful. -

We enjoyed our short break immensely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, and were always recognised when we came into the hotel by the staff on duty. The facilities were great-suited our needs perfectly. We will definitely return again. -

The room we stayed in was a gold room, clearly refurbished to a high standard. Luxurious room with a view out over the gardens and down to the sea. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Ideally placed for a five minute walk down into the harbour where there is a range of bars and clubs. There is a slight hill walk down and back up to the hotel but we didnt find it that bad although it could be for the less agile. All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely stay again.

Amanda and Mike were charming hosts and did everything they could to make our stay. We received a very friendly greeting from Nicky, as though she had been waiting for the arrival of someone she already knew. The breakfasts were excellent, and the tables in the dining room were not too close together. Our room had a lovely view over the garden, and was very peaceful. This is our second time staying and we were very pleased to be going back. Owner is very friendly and the rooms we have had had been recently refurbished and are clean and comfortable. High quality breakfast and very relaxed feel. Best bits of staying in a hotel and some one's home.
