... hva folk sier » ded with wonderful little shampoos and body lotion etc. Best place we have ever stayed!!! - We arrived tired after driving from Oxford, and our room was not ready. However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

the games room, we used the most.there was a very gfood singer, that was not really our thing, but everyone else seemed to like it , and we could enjoy it,but still play pool etc in the annex off from it, so it was well thought out - Very impressed by naveens hospitality and even upgraded myroom...nice one!

The location was excellent for the coast and Dartmoor. The hotel has a calm restful atmosphere and this is led by the owners. They are attentive, responding and remembering what has been talked about. A real personal touch. The food is top quality and freshly prepared. We loved it. -

The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to it's description and reviews. Marion and Les (the owners) were very welcoming (the pot of tea on arrival was very much appreciated). We stayed in one of the garden rooms which had recently been refurbished - it was lovely. The hotel generally was clean and tidy and the breakfasts were homecooked

The hotel is great and you feel right at home in a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more.
