A very significant mall and department stores directly across the road from the hotel. - The hotel was located in the heart of Osaka's shopping districts. The staff was V. helpful in getting us around the city and to outlying areas by bus, train and subway. The room, semi-double, was V. comfortable and cleaned daily. When we needed extra lighting in the room they obliged. The hotel does have Wi-Fi (other reviewers have said it does not.)

My family enjoyed their stay here and had no complaints. Is in a perfect location for exploring Osaka and was a fantastic deal.
