  The hotel is relatively near the station and there is a 7-11 right next to it. The coin laundry machine on the 10th floor was really useful. 300yen to wash a 4.5kg load and 100yen/30min for the dryer. You could buy tickets in the hotel and also the express pass as early as 8am without hassle of lining up at the ticket booth USJ. direct access from Kansai airport via Airport Limousine bus.   Located directly above the Shinsaibashi metro station,close and central to most malls and tourist areas. Comfortable room with good amenities, bed, bathroom and view. A interesting neighbourhood surrounding the Nikko with many food options and nearby "family mart " for pre-packaged meals for touring. A very significant mall and department stores directly across the road from the hotel. - The hotel was located in the heart of Osaka's shopping districts. The staff was V. helpful in getting us around the city and to outlying areas by bus, train and subway. The room, semi-double, was V. comfortable and cleaned daily. When we needed extra lighting in the room they obliged. The hotel does have Wi-Fi (other reviewers have said it does not.)

  1. We got clean towels, robes, and new toothbrush everyday. Even we have put "sleeping" sign, they still gave a bag with clean stuff and hanged on door hanger. What a surprise. 2. Great location. But, they organized every stuff very well. I have to say, great job! 5. Love their shampoo, conditioner, face cleanser and body washes! - I personally didn't stay here. I booked it for my mum and brother. But, I did get them signed in and when I dealt with the staff they were great and even though I was using Japanese I could here them speaking to other customers in clear English. My family enjoyed their stay here and had no complaints. Is in a perfect location for exploring Osaka and was a fantastic deal.

The area is Rokko Island, wiped out in the 1995 Kobe earthquake, so everything there is new. If you want to stay in an up scale hotel in Japan and don't have much cash, this is the place.
