  The room was nice and clean. Very spacious. It is a tatami room, Japanese style. Bedding was comfortable. The Japanese bath in the basement is good. The receptionist at check in was really helpful, giving me map of the area, explaining about sights. she also searched for the additional places I wanted to visit, printed out the information from the... hva folk sier » internet for me and explained in English. - A traditionally tatami experience, strategic location near Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Very friendly staffs, doing their best to assist. We seek help to send our baggages to our hotel in Tokyo when we leave for Takayama Autumn festival, they even gave us rebate due to more than one baggage sent. Very sincere and helpful!
