Excellent location if you want to be prepared to your next morning flight. The hotel was very nice with magnificent view from the room and the dining hall (54th floor). Big and clean rooms. The outlet stores right next to the hotel were a very good addition to the otherwise not so inspiring neighborhood.

We stayed only one night prior to catching a flight the next morning. The hotel was well suited for this purpose being close to the airport, easy to access and provided free bus transport to the airport the next morning. The room was comfortable and accomodated the three of us. It was also served by a 24 hour convenience store, so we could buy snacks, coffee etc, useful as the hotel did not have a bar service.

we arrived very late at kansai airport so my daughter who is in Japan helped to check in and told the landlady about our late arrival. We were lucky to check out quickly and took a train to the Mimatsuso. By the time we reached there, it was almost midnight but on hearing our arrival, she served us each a cup of hot tea.I booked a room for 4 and we had a good experience sleeping on the tatami . The dinner at the restaurant was amazing! We ordered a set course and ended up with so much food could hardly eat it all! Incredible service and value!! Rooms were comfortable, slightly small to international standards, very clean. There was also a hot-spring spa, but unfortunately did not have time to check it out as were busy sightseeing! Looked amazing!
