Excellent and helpful staff. They did contact me a long time before my
stay and provide me assistance. I got a quiet and comfy room. Although
its a little bit far from the Nagoya station, I found lots of good
resturants and shops nearby. About 10 mins walk to the shopping area! I
will stay there again for sure! -

A nice surprise, booked at the last minute and not expecting much but the room was nicely finished with a great city/park view. Easy walking distance from shops and restaurants, staff was friendly and spoke superb English. Underground self parking was included and very easy. I'd come back to this hotel. -

The staff were awesome. Especially the bell boy and front desk staff.
The front desk staff comfortably spoke English and were very helpful.
The bell boy was so farm, charming and had a great smile which was very
welcoming. The breakfast buffet had everything a Japanese or Western
visitor could dream of for breakfast and it was all delicious. My
Japanese boyfriend and I want to come back again very soon. The price
was very reasonable

We liked this hotel as the room was very spacious compared to some in Japan. Usually rooms here are quite small but we found this just right. Staff friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very close to Nihombashi Bridge which was excellent for me. Nice and quiet rooms were appreciated. -

Very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk to Sakae station, and the underground shopping mall, Oasis 21, etc. connected to it. It's also on the same street of a bunch of restaurants and entertainment places. The hotel is not big, but a cosy one.
