Everything. Location. Nice room - newly renovated. They gave me a double with a bath although I had signed up for a promotional single room - very generous. Breakfast was great. They had hot food (eggs and ham) which I could eat - I am diabetic and stay away from carbs. Good selection of carbs for those who can eat them. Excellent staff. Public com

Great Hotel - Excellent Location. The hotel is just outside of the citycentre. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Cathedral. The roomwas well decorated and very clean. This was a fantastic location just the other side of the river from the heart of Strasbourg (several of the best restaurants were nearby) the bells ringing, the breakfasts, the staff were the best! There's a cycle rental nearby which was 15euro for a whole week! We had a fabulous time, and in fact extended our stay a night with no problem.

There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

This is a cozy Hotel. Reception staff was nice. It is super convenient
to the main train station, 200 meters away, I stayed at the Ibis Styles,
to catch an early train the next morning. There's another Ibis Hotel
