  Everything was great. Staff was friendly, wireless internet was 3 Euro 50 for the entire stay, rooms were comfortable and clean. Close to the A and D Tram lines. - All staff pleasant and helpful..lots of smiles. The room was extremely clean, everything worked. I will be a repeat customer. Quiet and great breakfast!

  The overall experience is a little unconventional as this is a residential unit that is being rented out. When we first arrive, we were sure if we were in the right place. A quick phone call confirmed that in fact we were in the right place. The unit owners showed up a few minutes later and helped us to our room. It comes fully equipp - Studio Austerlitz was a perfect choice for my weekend visit to Strasbourg. The studio itself is lovely and perfect for a solo traveler or couple -- very cozy and well maintained, even with charming art on the walls. The location was also ideal, literally minutes walking time to the Cathedral and other attractions. Finally, the proprietor, Benedicte, was absolutely lovely -- she insisted on picking me up at the train station, kept my bag on the last day after check-out and delivered it to me

  We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great! There is a tram stop about 200m from hotel, but we didn't need it. Everything can be walked to. There was one gentleman at reception that was absolutely, completely a... hva folk sier » mazing. I wish I knew his name because he was so incredibly helpful and friendly. - There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

  Well, the best aspect about this place was the two ladies who oversee the apartment. The wifi wasn't working when we arrived, so they immediately agreed to refund our money and allow us to stay there for free for the night. It's a cozy little apartment just across the river, a great location. It was a real treat to stay there. - There was an issu... hva folk sier » e with the apartment booked but we were put up in another apartment. The location was fantastic - about a minute from the cathedral. The owner gave us a discount and bought us cake and tea! And, there was a Nespresso machine with a generous offering of coffee pods.
