We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great! There is a tram stop about 200m from hotel, but we didn't need it. Everything can be walked to. There was one gentleman at reception that was absolutely, completely amazing. I wish I knew his name because he was so incredibly helpful and friendly.

They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good. Family owned hotel with very personal attention to detail. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Added breakfast, which was worth it. Location/price tradeoff was just perfect. Set of kettle and tea in the room Safebox. The hotel's location is close to downtown and the cleanliness of rooms and order. - Good location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. There's parking right in front of the hotel, but it has a 2hr limit (except holidays and Sundays). There are several parking garages nearby, but they fill up fast. The hotel is located in 2 separate buildings. The rooms we booked were in the building that the pool was not in. It wasn't a major deal, but we had to walk about 50m to get from one building to the other to use the pool. It was a chilly walk/run. The hot tub was not hot. It felt like a heated pool. The beds were not as comfortable as I would prefer, since I have a bad back. And the rooms are old, not updated in quite a while. But is suited our purposes quite well - just a place to sleep for one night. We didn't plan to spend time in the hotel other than to sleep. Little lounge place smelled bleach very badly all weekend long. Wifi connection only one per room. no view. - Contrary to what was announced in the booking we did not get one family room but two rooms in an annex building, which felt like a journey back to the 80s - WiFi did not work. The shower was broken. nothing. No Airco. I would have appreciated an e-mail about the traffic situation in Strasbourg on Bastille day. It was very difficult and frustrating to arrive and find that the city-centre was closed for traffic. We spent 2 hours driving in heavy traffic before we found a route into the Hotel.No fridge in the room. Needed that for the baby's milk. Had to park around the corner at a parking garage, but it was only 11 euro a day. The restaurant staff was rude and the food quality was poor. The room was very small and nothing like the photos in the advertisement.
