There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly, wireless internet was 3 Euro 50 for the entire stay, rooms were comfortable and clean. the rooms were very spacious and the cooking facilities to make breakfast or snacks were sufficient. Real cooking may have been too much for the size of the room. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We had the two bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family of 5
and a rare find in Europe. The beds were comfortable and there was
plenty of space to move around. The staff were friendly and helpful in
finding the sights and a restaurant for dinner. Our kids loved the pool,
too. I would definitely recommend!
