Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.
Bedroom/bathroom clean and functional.
Hotel location to city centre was good with excellent public transport facilities. -
Excellent room facilities and bar/eating areas, we arrived late and the evening/night staff were amazingly helpful, a pleasure to stay there.

We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely
perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys
had the triple. The hotel's location is great! There is a tram stop
about 200m from hotel, but we didn't need it. Everything can be
walked to. There was one gentleman at reception that was absolutely,

There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.

The Ibis is located in a perfect spot! The hotel is not right in the
tourist area so it's not overwhelmed with people. We were about a 10
minute walk to the center. There is a parking garage directly across the
street with plenty of spots available, the cost was 8 euro a night...not

you factor in the location and amenities. -
The staff were always very helpful and cheerful. The location is ideal
for visiting this lovely city. The restaurant was really good and very convenient having long opening hours. Beds very comfortable and rooms very clean.
