The bed was really comfortable. The staff were really friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. I was returning to the hotel late at night each day and was advised they could leave a meal from the restaurant in my room for me to microwave once I got back at night. Exceptional service. -

The decor was understated and stylish, everything was very clean and the kitchenette was an added bonus to the studio room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was the overriding consideration. Proximity to Sovereign Hill. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and comfort and facilities available.Staff were helpful and friendly. I was especially happy with the open fire in the dining room. Availability of bicycles. -

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there. We were really impressed with the quality of the room & dining area - obviously has had a major makeover which was wonderful. We didn't realise that we were literally at Sovereign Hill so it is a great place to stay with children - which we will be doing during the holidays! -
