Staff (owner) was amazing. There was a smell in iur room, we went down to tell her, immediately we were moved. She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town. Apartment had washer and dryer which was great. Showers were good and hot. -

... cosa dice la gente » have already recommended this motel to friends and relatives for being a good, clean and reasonably priced motel. Excellent for travelling between Adelaide and Melbourne. Receptionist was particularly kind and helpful. Due to have a baby soon!!

Good Size room
Basic but comfortable
Pricing was OK
Allowed to check in early so we could then head out for a day at Soveriegn Hill refreshed . -
Close to the city and main attractions. Plenty of space in the room and the beds were really comfortable.

The bed was really comfortable. The staff were really friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. I was returning to the hotel late at night each day and was advised they could leave a meal from the restaurant in my room for me to microwave once I got back at night. Exceptional service. -

The position is in the part of Ballarat where we needed to be. The room is configured automatically as a twin room and is very comfortable and has everything we need.. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is modern and well designed also very clean. The best part would have to be the bathroom as I have never stayed in a motel that has water pressure like this place. Will always stay here when visiting ballarat.

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there. Enjoyed the stay with my partner, my sister and cousins. Mark and his wife were lovely hosts very accomodating very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and neat very cosy and comfy. Easy access to the town enjoyed walking around. Overall very organised and we will definately be back.

We were really impressed with the quality of the room & dining area - obviously has had a major makeover which was wonderful. We didn't realise that we were literally at Sovereign Hill so it is a great place to stay with children - which we will be doing during the holidays! -

And I traveled up for the gold coast and stayed at a few motels
And it was the best one for value etc , it made it easier to deal with the death in the family that's why we wore there and booked in late

Had only one night but could of stayed longer if had the time. Room lovely, huge bed very comfortable and made up beautifully. Bathroom just Devine loved all they did on the design. Very upmarket stay with a great price, would definitely stay again and recommend to others. -

My Wife & I found the Best Western Lake Inn to be a very friendly, clean and relaxing stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. The area was quiet but close to many of Ballarat's attractions. Will definitely stay there again. Mike -
