Fantastic hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The decor of the entire establishment was superb and accordingly periodic and very genuine. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The adjacent laneway bar and restaurant was really convenient as well. Thanks George Hotel for making our stay memorable and fun, cheers guys!

Judy and Anthony made us feel wecome from the moment we walked through
the door, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spacious and the
spa was an added luxury that did not disappoint. We ate at the Japanese
restaurant attached to the motel and the staff were outstanding. The

The bed was really comfortable. The staff were really friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. I was returning to the hotel late at night each day and was advised they could leave a meal from the restaurant in my room for me to microwave once I got back at night. Exceptional service. -

It was quiet and just the right size for a weary traveler. The staff were attentive just enough without being overbearing and were helpful in getting me settled. They provided good advice and service on issues such as locations for meals and a drink. -

To arive after a 5hour drive and be told that you have been upgraded to a spa room was the BEST EVERY,It was my BIRTHDAY. I loved all of it, the room was a great size, the meals at the resturont wear delish and great value for money, the staff wear polite and very helpful. Having a long day out then coming back to the room and soak in the spa, then just wall out the door over to the restaurant for dinner was the best did not have to go anywhere it was just all there. Had only one night but could of stayed longer if had the time. Room lovely, huge bed very comfortable and made up beautifully. Bathroom just Devine loved all they did on the design. Very upmarket stay with a great price, would definitely stay again and recommend to others. -
