  All employees from the front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and eager to help in any way they were able. The room were very nice and had most of what was needed. Food in the restaurant was surprising good. Bar service quite friendly and helpful. The beach was simply amazing. We walked down to the inlet/marsh area, walked out onto the sand... ce que les gens disent » bars, saw hermit crabs in the water, birds, collected sea shells. We were the only ones there for a couple of hours. Priceless. Included in that is t - I liked everything, from the time we stepped foot in the Resort till the time we left, everything was clean, and comphy, The kids enjoyed themselves, and the STAFF! Oh my they were AWESOME, KIND, GENERIOUS AND HELPFUL I give this Resort 10+ stars, This was our second visit and Im heaed back in June and again in August of this yr 2013.

  We were a family graduation celebration of 10 people and 5 rooms. We ate several meals at the restaurant and the service was excellent. The staff went out of the usual service expected to accommodate us. The bar staff was friendly and quick service. The food was good. We used the shuttle service for getting around to avoid using several cars ... ce que les gens disent » and the valet staff were friendly and easy to book a service and very prompt to pick us up when we called. We were probably a pain in their necks, ho - Excellent facility, great and friendly staff, easy to get around, good parking, all the ammineties were excellent - pool, walkways, lobbys, etc. We were on our wedding anniversary get away weekend so it was perfect. We asked for a later check out time and the front desk staff was very helpful and approved it right away! Great stay and would definately stay there again.

  Breakfast should be included in the rate for this type of hotel and they should put bottles of water in the room (I saw them giving some customers bottles when they checked in, but they did not give them to me) - staff was very accommodating; close to lots of good shopping and restaurants

  Convenient location. The updates were impressive. Great stay for the money. We had alittle encounter with some rude wedding party attendees. The great staff credited one of our nights back to us for the inconvenience. That's the way to do business!!! - We have stayed at the Hampton in prior years.
