  Staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Judy and Libby. We arrived late in the evening and needed to send an urgent fax. Libby made sure this happened. Went above and beyond. - Beautiful facility, rooms are adequate, close proximity to everything. We have also stayed at RV park and enjoyed our stay there as well. Excellent facility.

  A nice hotel with friendly people. It's outside of the town, but the taxi isn't expensive (6$ for 2 people) and if you're going to a bar in town - the ride is free because bartender covers the bill. If you're planning a trip to Grand Canyon and don't want to stay (and overpay) for Grand Canyon Village, stay in Williams - the old west town with bar... ce que les gens disent » s and retaurants where you feel like you were back in the 50's (maybe beacuase you can hear Elvis at every corner). Great place!! - My fiancé, 3 children and I stayed for two nights. The hotel is completely renovated and modern. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. The best part was the complementary hot breakfast in their dining room. It's an amazing value, especially if you're traveling with children.
