  We went to the Majestic in October, after attending a wedding in the area. Even though we arrived very late, the receptionist was very friendly. The room was spotless (I used to be a chambermaid, and I checked) The bed was very comfortable. A mini-fridge and coffemaker were great additions. I think they'd really like the pool, tennis court, shuffle board court, ho - I like very much everything During off season, because I am not sure the reasonnable price can continue , but this place had everything : good location, tennnis, boccee game, barbecue, swimming, fridge in room, free breakfast, and it is like a 5 stars resort at a very friendly price not to say extremely reasonnable price :)

  It was clean and although there were a lot of young guests and children it was very quiet once I was in my room. Also, it was a little cool but there was a unit in the room that could be set for heat or a/c and I turned the heat on to chase away the chill, Just across the road there was a lovely cafe which served breakfast and you could walk the... ce que les gens disent » re and didn't have to drive since there was a pedestrian crossing just adjacent to the Value Inn. And it was very budget friendly. - At check-in, the manager was very friendly and gave us excellent advice on restaurants in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location good and close to trolley stops (one beside the Inn, the other just across the road).

  This motel was a great find....and to add to that we found out that the new owners were from our area in NH. Both very much the right kind of people to be running this kind of motel. Very homey, great location near beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Plenty of room in yard to sit outside and enjoy the quiet. Good luck Steve an - EIverything about this motel is 5 star. The location was great, as it is on the trolly line to Ogunquit. It is on a main road, but when you go to the backside, it is quiet and has lounge areas that overlook a stream. It has to be the best maintained and cleanest motel I have ever encountered. The facilities are basic but it suited our needs perfectly. The rooms are a good size, the beds are really comfortable and they even offer free long distance telephone calls. This place is perfect.
