The room was really nice and so was the hotel. Very comfortable... The bathroom was really modern and spacious. Nice staff and people. Really enjoyed myself. The area was pretty decent. And an Improv down the street whichw as great. With LOTS of GREAT and upscale restaraunts. -

Front desk was very friendly. The gentleman that worked the front desk the day of the 24th was so nice. My grandson came with us and he had homework to do. The Wifi would not work in our room and he reset to try to get it to work, which did not help. However, he did allow my grandson to sit in the lobby and do his homework (which worked out fine f

Hotel is in a convenient location. Centered on the beach and at a main intersection for traveling the area. Room had a great view of the ocean and had all of the amenities you need. Hotel has a secure parking garage.

I liked the location. Close to comerce, shopping and attractions. So close to every thing within walking distance. The problem I experince was parking, The hotel do provide parking at a public high rise garage across the street from the hotel, most spaces are reserved and we had to ride around for a while before finding a parking space. Everything was great during our stay. The setup of our suite worked well. The suite was clean and the view was exactly what we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted a hard to find souvenir and went out of their way to help us find it! We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we come back. -

Staff was excellent - any shortfall of the hotel as far as being outdated and need of updating and renovations was out-shined by the staff at every level.
Free bike "rental" was a great bonus. Restaurant attached to hotel was very good with exceptional service and great prices.

We stayed at Newcastle Hotel in Virginia Beach in June 3013 with 5 other families. We had a Great time. The staff at Newcastle were wonderful! We loved having access to beach bikes provided by the Hotel. The Hotel location is wonderful! All five families said they would stay again. The Lighthouse restaurant located at the Hotel was friendly, clean, had really tasty food and so nice to have just a few steps away!

Hotel was clean right next to the exit to get to va beach. 10 minute
drive to the beach. Similar time to a mall and a good will which has the
best clothing of any good will ive ever seen. Everyone was polite. I

Staff was excellent. Other than our non smoking room have a slight odor of smoke (perhaps people smoking near our room?) And an ashtray in our room it was clean!! Bed was really comfortable. Price was right for amount of time we were in the room.
