  Le lit était confortable, la chambre plutôt bien décorée - The staff were very helpful. The cable tv wasn't workiing properly andthe response was immediate from the hotel staff. They couldn't fix it ona long weekend, so we got a breakfast on the house. Appreciated. - location, rooms and service ,price

  They provide so many entertainment options. A dvd player is all ready in room so you don't feel forced to pay for movies. Free parking and breakfast which is unheard of in Seattle area. Close to interstate and busy shopping areas but rooms secluded so you don't hear traffic. Huge comfortable bed and spa bath tub. Plenty of hot water. The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-5. Would definity stay here again

  Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes. The sofabed in the room to accommodate a larger family was excellent. It was the only hotel in Seattle we found that didn't require booking two rooms, therefore making the visit affordable. They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.

  We loved everything! The staff was so sweet and had everything ready for us including fresh cookies and a hand written thank you note. The lobby is cozy and a great space to just relax. The rooms are very Europe- like reminded me of Paris. The seating area within the room was very comfortable and really made you feel like u could relax in your own... ce que les gens disent » space. The location is perfect - the staff was knowledgeable and didn't bat an eye at my wife and I (we have had some previous issues with acceptance - The staff was wonderful on arrival we were there a few hours early and thy held our bags while we went shopping down in pikes market place. When we went back they had our bags in our room and has music playing from the Bose radio, they had hand written thank you notes and fresh cookies in the room. The lobby was cute and always had a fire going making it seem very cozy and homey. The bed was incredibly comfortable. They also had a wine tasting in the lobby with fantastic wine. The location is p
