Location was good if you like walking. We walked to Pike Place Market and monorail without any problems. Monday to Thursday you get a free meal at night between 5-7 pm with beer and wine. It was great. Breakfast was ok. Coffee and tea available all day long. Our king size bed was very comfy. Rooms facing courtyard are quiet. -

distance, the monorail and light rail stations were very close. I liked
the elevator security - you needed a key to swipe to allow you to push
the floor buttons.

The staff was friendly, room was clean, convenient to everything (incl convention center - 1/2 block),was about $100 less than surrounding hotels, had a separate living room/sitting area (not all rooms are like this, but staff let me pick the layout of my room), had to leave early and they agreed to refund balance on a "non-refundable room! -

This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and
has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the
Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet,
theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre.
Excellent parking available at no additional cost - a joy indeed. T

I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

I like that they have a shuttle that takes you downtown or a destination nearby...and they come and pick you up. They are always on time, with personnel that are knowledgeable (except how to get to the freeway) and friendly, it is close to the University - you can walk to many places. There is breakfast and Tullys Coffee in the room. You save on parking because you can walk or take a shuttle. It feels like home,

Le lit était confortable, la chambre plutôt bien décorée - The staff were very helpful. The cable tv wasn't workiing properly andthe response was immediate from the hotel staff. They couldn't fix it ona long weekend, so we got a breakfast on the house. Appreciated. - location, rooms and service ,price

I was looking for a hotel in between downtown and North Gate Mall area where my children live. It was perfect. Right off the freeway but still quiet. Very secure. Walking distance to Trader Joe's. Delivery from local restaurants. Will absolutely go back everytime I visit.

My husband and I looked at several hotels and the rooms at Homewood suites were bigger, and had more amenities than other hotels in the area. Staff was very accomodating. We were allowed to check in early, and were treated very respectfully. The room was spacious, clean and a great value compared to downtown hotels charinging beyond premium pricing for very small rooms. Kitchen was a huge plus. Location to downtown and Seattle in general was great.

I'm a graphic designer, so the modern design elements certainly appealed to me. The bedding was fantastically comfortable as well. Location was convenient to EVERYTHING for us during our stay. The staff was very accommodating to our early arrival time, and always very friendly and professional.

Very nice & welcoming place, friendly and very helpful staff. We had a problem with our (shared) bathroom - we were moved to a different (bigger) room for free without any discussions. Every room is different (we got a little tour at our departure), we felt very comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was big and tasty. Bus stop is just a 1 min

The neighbourhood is perfect! The immediate area is very safe and walkable with beautiful old mansions and peekaboo views of downtown and the Olympic Mountains. Broadway is an easy 3-minute walk with no hills.
The room was enormous and tastefully appointed with very comfortable beds.

in room so you don't feel forced to pay for movies. Free parking

The staff was wonderful and room was great! Room had fridge, microwave & hair dryer as well as a shower gel/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower allowing the guest to travel light. Great water pressure too!! The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-5. Would definity stay here again

Great location by the waterfront (Lake Union South). Very easy access to I5. Very quiet rooms. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was ideal for our family. The separate bedrooms are either side of the living room/kitchen. Great breakfast, nice (smallish) swimming pool and very quick and easy to get downtown via trolleybus. Wish the old ladies with dog

Spacious suite with an extremely comfortable bed and lovely view; great pool and gym facilities; excellent breakfast with coffees/teas available all day; very helpful staff; good location with tram service to downtown just outside the door - overall an excellent hotel which I'd definitely recommend.

Breakfast was included and was standard continental. In the heart of
Belltown with restaurants and bars all within blocks and downtown proper

We booked this because it was by far the cheapest option and was a central location, thinking that we were likely to have to put up with sub-par accommodations; but were VERY pleasantly surprised at how incredibly comfortable the bed and pillows were, how clean it was, the addition of the little kitchenette and the somewhat spacious and styled bat

Great hotel for the price. Staff were attentive and very helpful. I was allowed to check in 4hours early and nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean, warm and comfortable with free wifi, small kitchenette with coffee maker and a great price. Good location near to Downtown and the space needle, I can't recommend it highly enough
