  We were late checking in as we were travelling from Niagara enroute Chicago and had suddenly changed plans to make a stopover at Cedar Point. The front desk staff was available to service us. She even upgraded us to a 4 double bed room so that the kids won't have to sleep on a sofa cum bed. As Cedar point would only open at 11 am, we were a bit late getting up and only reached the breakfast area - The location was perfect . It was a short distance fromCedar point, great dining, Seneca caverns, safari park and the beach. The hotel was clean with friendly staff and comfortable beds. I would bring my family there again.

  We were very p;leased with the hotel. We asked for extra pillows, and when we got to the hotel, they were already in the room. The room was clean and comfortable. Melissa that was at the front desk even helped with direction for our return home. We would stay there again!   I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. (Even my finicky sister admitted she liked this hotel!) The staff was pleasant and the cabana bar by the pool was cool, too.   The price was very affordable. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for where we were going! It was a fantastic hotel for what we needed it for!nI will definitely be staying here again. - Everything was just great. We spent three nights there and we were out all day. Everyone was very kind that worked there.

  I made a reservation for a handicap accessible room for my mom who recently broke her hip. I appreciated the attention to detail and everything was ready to go when we arrived at check-in. - Staff was very friendly

  We enjoyed the water park as an end to a long day at Soak City. The big slide rivals the slides at the park. We stayed in the new part of the hotel wich is very important. It was in good shape and quiet. We adults loved the outside, large hot tub for adults only...but it was not working. Room was comfortable and clean. Saw some negative reviews on the breakfast buffet, however, I thought breakfast was great.
