We were amazed by the service of the staff and the decor of this property. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The hotel didn't look like much from the outside but the inside was beautifully appointed. It was so much nicer then other high end hotels that we stayed in earlier on during this vacation. Heat system worked well (option of more or less heat, instead of having
the ac kick in when set below 72ºf). Blanket was about the right thickness-

I liked the sleep number beds and the hotel was very close to the airport and the highways, which made getting around San Jose easier.
The staff at the front desk were great, they have a shuttle to the airport and easy access to the pool for a quick dip. -

I stayed here for three nights with my husband and two little girls. I had an AWESOME stay! It's hard to find a budget-friendly hotel that is also comfortable enough to have two toddlers in. The staff was really friendly and the beds were so comfortable! We also had a huge jacuzzi tub that we really liked! I will definitely stay here again. -

Surprisingly even though our room was by the road side, the entire hotel was pretty quiet. It had hardwood floors, nice tv, great water pressure in the shower, and a microwave, stovetop and refrigerator in the room.

How pleasant the staff was, very clean facilities, and conveniently connected to the airport (courtesy shuttle) and downtown (light train). - I liked the location of the hotel, the buffet breakfast, and proxity to various eating establishments.

Clean, nice smelling, and comfortable rooms. Staff was very pleasant over the phone and in person. Hot complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. Conveniently located near airport. Shuttle service was on-time for both pick-up and drop-off. Shuttle driver drove safely.
