Sa situation prés du parc et de la MARINA,son calme en bout de la ruelombard en dehors du trafic , le self service du petit déjeuner avecpatisserie et fruits,le confort de la single room avec un lit de2M/2M,l'exposition à l'est au premier étage (un seul ) pour le soleillevant du matin .la petite taille et l'acceuil ,pour le dépaisement dela cuisine

L'Alexis Park est un boutique hôtel situé dans le centre-ville de San Francisco, à proximité de nombreux sites d'intérêt. Ses chambres respectueuses de l'environnement sont dotées du confort moderne.

There is no negative thing i would mention.
The room was new and clean. Breakfest ok. Really good position of the hotel is just perfect (about 10min to the Town Hall)! The park place is small but all the guests found a place while we were there.
And finally yes, there are some homeless people arround the hotel, but we didn´t feel uncomfortable or

- logement spacieux et coquet , bien équipé ( frigo + m.o. ; table , coin salon ) -situation plaisante près du quartier de la Marina ; centre-ville pas trop loin , en bus et même à pied pour des bons marcheurs - Confortable et surtout très bien placé, on peut garer la voiture al'hotel et tout visiter en transport, 3 bus deservent la zone. The location is good, the neightboorhood is really quiet and safe and there is some small places to grab something to eat... close to lombard street which is reall close to the fisherman wharf and its easy to catch the buses from there... the place is clean and really confy.. we were not expecting much because of the price..but once we got there w

It looks a bit run down on the outside, but inside the rooms have been renovated and are very nice indeed: meticulously clean, very comfortable. There was a fridge and a microwave in ours, very handy. Spotless bathroom. Free (ample) parking in SF is invaluable. Location is very good too, just a very short walk off the lively Union street, convenient for buses... Overall, definitely recommended, we'll stay there again if we're ever in the area.

I had a room that was large and very clean. Frig and microwave in room. It was easy access to the street, and I love this area of San Francisco. Close to Palace of Fine Arts, the Marina and shopping on Chestnut St. If the price is as competitive next year as this year when I visit San Francisco, I will definitely stay there.
