Love that this is not just a "pets accepted" hotel. They genuinely enjoy and are friendly to the animals and the owners. My dogs loved having a vacation with Mom and Dad. They were given treats and had plenty of room to enjoy the grounds with the other dogs on property that weekend. I recommend this to all the dog parents I know. I can't wait to g

We were within steps of the beach. Sitting on the balcony day or night with a beautiful view of the ocean, dog beach, the jetty. We didn't have a dog, but the hotel was very dog friendly with dog washing facilities at end of building. I also liked the fact that we had a big refrigerator & microwave. The pool was also wonderful.

The room was small but tastefully furnished. Very comfortable bed. The ocean view from our balcony was a huge plus. The hotel is right in the center of La Jolla, tons of shopping and restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. -

The entire place was spanish tile and it was so relaxing. We were fortunate to meet the General Manager on our last day and he was kind enought o give us the history of the hotel. We will definately return! -

It is only six blocks to the bay and all the tourist activities there, six blocks to Little Italy, two blocks to beautiful Balboa Park, and a couple of miles from San Diego Airport. Service was good, the room was clean and spacious. It was a bargain. We'll stay there again. -

Gaslamp area central... Walking distance to restaurants and very easy trolley/bus stops to all the main attractions. Easy walk to the Harbour.
Extras very much appreciated... Drinks and food during the day, free laundry particularly appreciated, assistance from staff re attractions around town and good advice for eating venues.
