Very clean and well maintained room and hotel grounds. Loved free WiFi
and Internet access. Loved free parking, free bicycle loaners, two
pools/saunas. Playground across the street. Lots of markets, coffee
shops and misc. Stores nearby, very convenient. The staff was 100%
awesome! The views spectacular and the surrounding area felt very safe.

Great location for sea world visit.
There was a problem at our initial check in which wasn't good. However I have to say that the manageress stepped in and resolved the matter with a real customer focus in trying to ensure we had a good stay. For me this is when a hotels reputation stands or falls in how they go about resolving problems. Staff were a credit to the company and I would def recommend to others

Lovely hotel-big room really quiet (don't hear other guests) &
hardly hear traffic. Super comfortable beds. Great choice for downtown
as away from the noise of Bars etc & traffic and close enough to
walk. We stayed 9 nites here in total -left another hotel & came
back here. Would absolutely recommend it & would def come back here

The location was excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. I we recommend this hotel to others. This will be the only hotel that we stay at when we go back to San Diego.

I loved the location. It was perfect and close to everything.

Very comfortable accommodation, very helpful staff and super relaxing. Kids particularly liked the waffle makers, the cookies and the pool. This hotel is very comfortable, well-appointed, clean and has excellent beds! The Hampton line of hotels are consistently excellent and the staff was wonderful as well...even calling to ensure everything was fine and recommended an excellent local pizza and pasta restaurant with free delivery for dinner when they found out we were just going to stay in for the night.

The Staff were wonderful -from the lobby greetings to the friendly and helpful Cleaning Staff! We were wished a Happy 39th Anniversary upon arrival with a smile and a warm chocolate cookie too (my hubby's favorite). Best value!!!! I loved having the restaurant on the same floor as our
room. We visited happy hour and drank their signature cocktails for only
$5 each! And not to mention wine Wednesday - half off bottles!!! So
happy! We also loved walking to little Italy for dinner. We had a
delicious dinner. Our cab ride to gaslamp was only $13 with tip. Perfect

I liked the fact that it had a balcony, the bathrooms were a good size, the tv was a nice flat screen, the AC was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the restaurant/bar was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly, and the location of the hotel itself is in a great spot.

We love the fact that both our boys had their own beds, which allowed for a more intimate time for my spouse and I. We also loved the breakfast and evening snacks offered. The location was just right. -
Close to cruse terminal and waterfront. Loved having the two rooms. Additional vanity good. Enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks in evening.

This is the perfect location if you want to get out of the car and just walk Old Town. The swimming pool is a good place to hang out and read in the late afternoon/early evening. -
