  The view of the lake was nice. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially since somehow we were booked 2 rooms and I only booked 1. They were able to help take off the extra room so we would not be charged. Not sure who made the mistake: the hotel or letsbookhotel.com. We had supper & drinks Friday nite and food was good, waitress was nice & knowledgeable and the bartender was great.

  Our room had a DVD player and they had a small selection of movies you could check out from the front desk. They also had a small snack shop and if you needed something in the middle of the night you could get it on the "honor system!" That is customer service!!!! - I really like the fact that the room was extremely clean. I would rate it at 10... ce que les gens disent » as in a perfect score.   My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. The place was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. They have a great hot breakfast bar as well. - The room was nice. The staff was courteous and helpful. The pool and other facilities were also well kept and nice. I would stay here again.
