The hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious, and accommodating. It was
also a non-smoking hotel. Being a Californian, one of my least favorite
things about Nevada is that there is smoke everywhere, so this was
amazing. I love their motto that you don't tip for service you

The room is actually big even its max to 4 people the room is very clean
and well stock. The wifi is free and the signal is great. The

The hotel and casino were extremely clean and well kept. The staff was pleasant and helpful in answering any questions we had. The spa was probably the best we had been to, it was well laid out, clean and modern. We got a couples massage and spent the rest of the day on the co-ed floor by the pool and hot tub. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, we stayed in the Tuscan Tower with a view of the mountains.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed here for the labor
day weekend. There were a lot of guests because of the rib cook off and
burning man. The parking lot was crowded in the front but pretty clear
in back. There's a lake behind it with a short walk to a public

Easy access to rooms, lots of parking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Very nice restaurant, very nice staff and great value for your meals. They serve lots of food, specials are usually $5.95 including salad, main course and dessert.

I loved the entire hotel and stay since I stepped into the hotel. The
entrance was fantastic with all the holiday theme. Customer services
was great and when I walked into the room I was impressed. It felt warm
and welcoming, my daughter was so excited and the view was spectacular.

Our room on the 14th floor was fabulous: modern kitchenette with Microwave and refrigerator; 2 comfortable Queen beds with plenty of pillows and luxurious bedding; large flat screen TV mounted to wall; huge windows with lovely nighttime view of Reno; luxurious bathroom with floor to ceiling marble, TV screen, large shower stall with spotless glass doors. Plenty of mirrors and electrical outlets were conveniently located throughout the room.

Friendly hotel staff, all inclusive facilities and easy to navigate
resort. There's no reason to be lost in this resort as there are
signs everywhere, from the parking lot to the casino and to the
Mezzanine level. Really, we didn't have to leave the hotel at all.
It's also connected to Circus Circus and Silver Legacy at the

The wait was a little long at check in and everyone in line was a little irritated when a lady that walked up to the VIP line was called up next, though we all understood the reason- still irritating.
When it was finally our turn to check in, we got a free up- grade without asking, so that made it worth the wait! And, our check in was the fast...
We had a great time there, enjoyed the whole trip, comfy beds, loads to do, walked out with more than we walked in with!!

It had a little bit of everything. It was near all the city sights. It is right across the street from the airport. The restaurant was well-priced and had good food on-site. Outdoors felt like a rural setting, although you were in the middle of the city. room was clean. -

The staff was wonderful.
I needed a 1/2 day stay and the desk clerk was very good to suggest that option.
The room was clean and adequate, the bathroom as well. The sink area was too small;
personal toiletries had to be brought in and out of the bathroom because there was not enough
space on the vanity.

The hotel was really nice, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was huge and beautiful. The bathroom had a giant air massage bathtub and was all stone, warm and welcoming.
