  I had great customer service from everyone I dealt with here. From Kaylie on the phone to Jamie & Jeromy at the desk. Also, the General Mgr. Denise McGinnis was also helpful to me with another need I had which had nothing to do with the hotel. The staff here is excellent! Plenty of restaurants nearby also! - Travelodge Green Bay was everything I needed. It was convenient, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, coffee pot in the room, decent breakfast and it fit my budget. I had made reservations for only one night, but when I realized that I needed to stay another night; the staff was very accommodating and agreed that I could get the same discounted price for the 2nd night. I would definitely stay again.

  This was our second stay. We came back because of the friendlyness. very clean rooms and facility, comfort, and our pets were very welcomed. outstanding service and great family value.   The staff was very friendly & helpful. The pool & spa was nice but could use a little TLC. I like that they are "green" by using the soap dispensers vs individual soaps and shampoos.   this hotel was actually really nice. i enjoyed my visit. you get what you pay for. the rooms were cleaned. A/C, TV, mini Fridge.. everything worked. the price is fair and its really close to the main waterparks. the outiside pool was awesome and clean. next year if i come back i would deff. stay at this hotel again. - The location was great, righ... ce que les gens disent » t in the middle, the staff where friendly and the place was clean and well maintained. I would stay there again when I return to the Dells. Forget any of the bad reviews for the money it is well worth it.
