It was very close to the fest grounds, we visited for the german fest.
There was a shuttle service by bus that left every 15 minutes and the

Great staff, free breakfast, rooms were clean. The double King room was
big enough for all four of us and our motorcycle gear/luggage! Extra
sink was nice, as was the table and chair at the end of the room. Hot
breakfast was nice too, cafe area was a little dated but worked out
great. For the price, we had a great stay. -

Best "Bang for the Buck" in the area. Staff always friendly, polite,
and helpful. I've stayed twice. Each room looked like it had just been updated, very nice and clean. The shuttle and drivers were excellent. Breakfast was best I've seen at this level of lodging. -

Loved it. As soon as you get there you get the feeling that their purpose is to make your stay enjoyable. There were two plates of cookies on the check-in counter. I loved the coffee available in the lobby with the added coffee flavoring and iced water.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice to have a recliner. It also had coffee available.
The free breakfast was wonderful. Everything was kept hot and refilled right up to the time the breakfast ended.

I had great customer service from everyone I dealt with here. From
Kaylie on the phone to Jamie & Jeromy at the desk. Also, the General
Mgr. Denise McGinnis was also helpful to me with another need I had
which had nothing to do with the hotel. The staff here is excellent!

Travelodge Green Bay was everything I needed. It was convenient, clean,
comfortable, friendly staff, coffee pot in the room, decent breakfast
and it fit my budget. I had made reservations for only one night, but
when I realized that I needed to stay another night; the staff was very
accommodating and agreed that I could get the same discounted price for
the 2nd night. I would definitely stay again.

We were two mothers and two teen daughters visiting colleges. Very convenient to downtown Madison and the University. Huge room - very unexpected - including a pull out sofa, fridge, microwave & sink area. Very clean and comfortable. "Happy Hour" snacks and drinks as well as breakfast included. -

The hotel lies next to Harbour with day round fishing by the locals. When the season is right you can see large fish jumping from the water. On the other side of the harbour is the lighthouse which was built in 1866.
The lobby of the hotel is very spacious and staff was friendly. There is a large free parking for hotel guests.

My girlfriend and I came in desperate for a place to lay our heads.
Other hotels wanted to double charge us for coming in at 5am. And would
still want us out by noon. We had just gotten off the road, not booked
else wear because we didn't plan on stopping. This was the only
hotel in the area that tried to help weary travelers. The staff was
extremely helpful and gave us a gorgeous view of the lake. A special
shout out to Renee Harbin for being so courteous and hospitable. She is

We have stayed twice at this hotel, once in 2012 and once in 2013. Both times we found the staff friendly, the rooms very clean and the whole hotel very well maintained. Plus, they serve a substantial, free breakfast. Also, if you like Mexican food, there is an excellent Mexican restaurant, Abuelo's, right across the street. -

I had a nice queen bed suite for a VERY reasonable price. The place has an indoor pool with jacuzzi and a nice breakfast in the AM. Another nice touch is they have a little store near the front desk with snack foods;chips,cookies and even some cheese curds and some wine/alcohol for sale(they can't sell it until 9 PM though-state law).

Breakfast buffet better than some we experienced on this trip--nice
scrambled eggs, tasty baked, home-fried potatoes, good sausage--but
still not very friendly for diabetics/gluten-intolerant. Easy access
to Interstate, but a busy, 20-minute drive from downtown Madison.
