  The staff were very welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived we were given a complimentary upgrade to a Queen suite. The wifi worked perfectly which pleased my teenage children (and me!). We booked a taxi back to JFK at the front desk and a lovely Lincoln Continental arrived on time and made the journey effortless. We love this upper west side location, close to really great 'locals feel' shopping- not too touristy. Still some good street vendors nearby.   Chambre confortables même si un peu petite. Le service était parfait.Chaque demande était traitée dans les meilleurs délais. Le métro est à 2min à pied et il y a de nombreux endroit pour manger tout proche. - Placement parfait (shop, subway, à 10 mn de Time Square), prix intéressant (en off season), bar de l'hôtel très agréable.
