  This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

  We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return again. We normally stay around the corner but after such a lovely stay at The Sir Frances Drake, we would definiltey stay there again. ... ce que les gens disent » - Being in a historic hotel Conceirge Katherine extremely helpful and friendly - also other staff - Whei - asked and got tour of sleepeeze room!! Beefeater and staff friendly Pizza and wine tasting hour great, met interesting travellers at the hotel. Bed very comfortable. Fab. location for exploring city, and shopping/eating.
