I liked the convenience of the hotel and its proximity to the Austin airport. I had an early flight and the hotel staff ensured that the shuttle was on time. I also appreciated that the breakfast buffet was available even for those who were leaving on the 5:00 am shuttle. The desk staff and the van driver were very personable and professional.

Very nice persons in reception, got really good help when my flight tickets had been cancelled by airlines mistake. Comfortable beds, quiet area. If you have a car you can reach downtown Austin within 10 minutes. Tried the local bus once, but it took almost one hour.

Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! -
Loved the pool. Beauitifully designed with good views. Beds very comfortable. Nice and spacious bathroom. Shower is AMAZING.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The room was very clean and very
comfortable, breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful
and no charge for parking which is a plus! Also loved that we didnt have

I LOVE the access to the beach! I've stayed at over 20 properties on the island and I dread the walk to the sand. La Copa makes it so easy with the pier. I LOVE IT!

The cleaning staff works super hard! I saw them sweeping the sand on the steps of the pier - that's awesome!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to leave. They happy hour was perfect and my kids enjoyed the late hours of the pool. I was very pleased with the Embassy Suites Hotel and don't have any negative remarks. This hotel earned an "A" all around. I got in very late from Weatherford, tx the first night and when I got
back to the Baymont on the 18th I checked in for my departing flight on
the 19th at & while doing so left my gps at the computer station.
The desk had it in their possession when I asked the next morning. I was
very pleased with the honesty of the staff. -

Being close to the DFW airport and having a free 24 hour shuttle was my reason for choosing the hotel, and the staff made it feel like visiting family between flights separated by a day. The shuttle driver was prompt and gave me a bottle of cold water and then the front desk clerk handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie as I registered. After del

The food in the restaurant is terrible as was the service in the bar.
Perhaps this was an off night but when we complained the bartender
just shrugged his shoulders. Management made no effort to remedy the
issue so my overall opinion of this hotel will be greatly diminished.
I think when you bring it to the attention of management they should
at least respond.

Good Value. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and included eggs, bacon, juice and rolls, plus cold cereal. Free DVDs available in the office, but hard to see what is available because they are located well behind the counter. -

The room was fairly small, but nice. The hotel was comfortable and secure and was very close to the Toyota Center and Convention Center. It was within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice value for the money, considering the prime location. If you are tired of the big convention hotels, this is a nice, quiet alternative.

quiet, close to hospital, I loved the window treatment with custom made shutters and no curtains..we are seniors and my husband loves to do wood work so he is going to do our home windows like that so we don't have to worry about having blinds and curtains cleaned..the room was very clean -
