  Excellent staff that seemed to be genuinely interested in making my stay as pleasant as possible. Although still going through a renovation phase, the Lancaster is a well appointed historic hotel with excellent access to Houston's theatre district and good quality restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was a full buffet rather than a continental breakfast. The complimentary shuttle service was fast and the drivers very courteous and helpful. There was a free wine hour in the evening and room service was prompt. This was the very best experience I've ever had at a hotel!

  I have been staying at embassy for more than 7 years both for State travel, and personal. I enjoy the atmosphere, and the package embassy offers. I will continue to stay at these hotels for sure.

  My daughter and I went to McAllen for a wedding, so we were not in the hotel much. However I enjoyed the amenities, the breakfast, pool, and hot tub. this was a very enjoyable stay. - We love staying at the embassy suites hotels breackfast is great! And also the spicy "NEW" sauce

  I loved my stay here. The service was excellent, room service was awesome. Order the pizza, I brought home leftovers. My hubby said he would stay there just for that reason. Also, it's right next door to Grapevine Mills and Bass Pro Outdoor World. Great room! - Friendly staff, airport shuttle, wifi, clean and spacious room. Very quiet.

  Location, it was close to lots of Dallas attractions. Loved the use of the Trolley system to take us places - Let us check in 2 hrs early, staff was great. Nice location and very nice room.
