Almost everything. Very quiet. Nice bath products. Clean and well
maintained. Meals were very good. Breakfast and dinner. Restaurant staff
worked very hard to provide good service. Spa and pool area were very
very nice. Shuttle bus is an excellent service to nearby attractions,
restaurants etc. -

Beautiful hotel and lobby, rooms were very comfortable. Exceptional service. Tennis was great too! Good location and even shuttled us to the Galleria for shopping! -

We've stayed at the Hotel Galvez many times. Notice I said "many", that's because the staff is awesome. From the moment you pull up to the valet at this beautiful, historic hotel, you feel special. Just ask and you shall receive. The pool is beautiful, my older kids love it. The restaurant is great, DO NOT miss the Sunday brunch. So deliciou

The Galvez Hotel is a beautiful old hotel that has been magnificently restored and kept up to date. It is right on the seawall and beach and has a rich and interesting history. I like that this is prominently displayed and guests are made aware of its history. We especially enjoyed the older gentlemen curator in the lower level where a lot of pictures and artifacts are displayed. This gentlemen should be specially acknowledged as he brought the history and stories to life.

smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work
conference calls in the morning. I went to the reception in an attempt
to change them over to lunch vouchers, and the representative understood

Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care
of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I
failed to get the names. We plan on putting Austin as our yearly
vacation with our grandchildren.

When checking in , I was asked by a gentlemen named Albert what was the
reason of our trip. I stated it was my husband & I 24th wedding
Anniversary, which he stated I will give you a upgrade. Come to find out
we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom presidential suite
for no additional charge!! This was the biggest & nicest hotel room
I have ever seen!! I would like to say Thank You to Hilton & staff
for a very wonderful & enjoyable stay!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated. We also enjoyed going over to Palm Beach, the water park located on the property. The food in the restaurant located on the 1st floor was delicious! -

The bed was very comfortable in the suite that we got. The overall feel

This was a 'girls get-away' weekend celebrating a birthday. The resort 's atmosphere was quite serene and peaceful. The service from the bar and restaurant was excellant and the staff were eager to please. Both the golf and hiking trails were great and well worth the hike. And what a blessing to have the 'Wounded Warriors' staying there at the same time.I would definetly recommend 'The Resort at Tapatio Springs' !
