  We needed a short get away and Riverstone was perfect. We were able to lay by the pool while we waited on our room to be ready and having a full kitchen gave us the ability to cook supper in, relax and watch the Masters Golf tournament. Didn't get to take advantage of the spa but it looked wonderful and the gold course was beautiful. Other resorts/hotels close at ten or eleven at night and if your family is out sightseeing each day, your children are always disappointed that they can't swim. The 24 hour pool solved that problem!

  The staff was extremely gracious and friendly. The suite (apparently we received an upgrade) was wonderful. Fantastic. Just great. Thanks and thanks to all who helped us (I'm sorry, I didn't get their names) - Good amenitie center, excellent staff

  Loved the location and the fact that we were in the mountains. The location was great--just a few miles outside of Gatlinburg and not very far to all the sites and attractions of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The staff went out of their way to see that we had what we needed, including a waitress and chef that more than accommodated my special reques... ce que les gens disent » ts needed for dietary purposes. Lots to do just on the resort grounds so you don't even have to wander off property if you just want to relax. - We like that we could visit here & had all we needed right on spot, didn't have to bring anything from town. We like that as a couple we were able to go out that evening & enjoy other couples socializing at the bar & had the restaurant on site. We also like that when we decide to come back we can also bring our daughter & she will be occupied with activities to do for her own age. Beautiful place, loved it, can't wait to come back!

  The double room suite we had was so roomy. I loved having a washer/dryer and hot tub. The view was great and it was nice & quiet. Everything was clean & we had little starter packs of soap, coffee etc. The parking was close, there was an elevator & even a luggage cart! The tvs were great & we enjoyed the porch too.The location is so close to the gaylord, which was - Everything! It was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and personable. The bed was extremely comfy. From the location to the room, to the staff, and the overall appearance was top notch. I loved it at Nashville Resort and will recommend it to anyone and everyone. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up! Thank you for a wonderful stay! They were above and beyond my expectations
