When we walked into the room, it smelled clean unlike other hotels. The
friendly staff made the stay even better. We would stay there again. -
Staff very helpful and friendly. I left a personal item in the room,
they saved it and I picked it up a few days later.

The hotel was clean and secure and the free breakfast was very welcoming indead with plenty to chose from they also had a member of staff making sure everything was fresh. Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower)
was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the
room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the
room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the
value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.

Good price and location. Right off the interstate, just at the edge of Knoxville.
Big parking lot. I had a trailer on my SUV, and there were two semis there with trailers. We didn't crowd the car show and rugby team that were there.

Although I was skeptical to book based on other reviews, I'm glad I
did. It seemed that the good reviews were for the "renovated
side" and the bad reviews were for the much older hotel side. The
hotel room was the best value for the price that I could find in Pigeon

We really liked the room, it was very clean with no offensive odor. Even
the a/c unit's filter was clean! The price was another thing
that we liked, it was cheap, compared to other hotels. -
For the most part rooms were clean....neediing a little work on detailing. Waffle maker made for a filliing breakfast. Hotel staff was nice.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the hotel and location were nothing like the bad reviews we saw.The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel facilities were good value for money. Downtown was only a 5 minute drive and parking was free on riverside drive which was only a 5 minute walk from beale street. -
