  This was the best 2 day vacation I have ever experienced. The staff was excellent and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding.   This hotel was the first hotel that I've stayed in that when I walked in the room it was a clean smell. The bed was comfortable, the location was in a great place, the breakfast was delicious, and the over all thing was that the hotel was clean. If I needed anything the staff was there. Great experience and plan to stay here again. Awesome value paid a lot less then I paid at last hotel and was 10 times nicer.

It was convenient to ETSU and all the stores and activities in Johnson City. - Everything!   The staff was fantastic with the politness. Everything very clean and comfy. A little high in price, but the experience made me forget about the price. - Clean rooms. We stayed in a suite that had a refrigerator. Staff very friendly. The breakfast was good as well.

  This is easily the best place to stay for a city break in Memphis. It's a bit more expensive than most of the other hotels but the Harbour Town location is a beatiful place to relax whilst still being close to the downtown area of Memphis (20 minute stroll or $10 taxi). Otherwise stay at the - The ambiance, the lounge with the fire going, glass of fizz on arrival, the charming reception staff. Our room was large and airy, very comfortable a little way out of town, but that was OK for us, as we didn't want a big city hotel chain. Very personal, very friendly, very individual. All in all a very good experience compared to large hotels and some very expensive hotels. This is the least we have paid in the past few years of travelling, and one of the most positive experiences

  I loved having the river right outside our door. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The ducks, geese, and heron entertained us early in the morning and later in the afternoon. The breakfast was scrumptious every morning.
