Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Met all additional accommodation requests. Views of courtyard. Landscaping of grounds were meticulously kept groomed. Friendly and knowledge staff. -

Great deal and plenty of room for the four of us. The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows and comforter. Was happy there were black out curtains and the room temperature was always just right. The shuttle service was very convenient since traffic is bad in Nashville and confusing. The hotel was clean and secure and the free breakfast was very welcoming indead with plenty to chose from they also had a member of staff making sure everything was fresh. Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower)
was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the
room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the
room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the
value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.

Courteous staff ready to assist with every request. Very comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast included. Easy off / on access to the interstate. Cookies were great too. -
Staff/owner very friendly and informative. Near downtown and eased to get to Gran Ole Opry and hotel Gaylord Opryland. A must see.

Very awesome staff..went above and beyond to help me out when my car wouldn't start. Their maintenance worker had my car started in less than 15 minutes in rain and 40 degree weather!! The indoor hot tub/pool was a great plus! And the beds were so comfortable. I slept like a baby. We had a wonderful trip and will be back!!

The whole of Days Inn was excellent. Staff coulnd't do enough for
you, especially the lovely Tracy. They even had a shuttle service for
the airport. The whole place was immaculate, they were constantly
keeping it clean. The staff were just so friendly. The rooms where

Location is great if you are visiting Graceland, but it is on a very busy street. Luckily we had a room in the back. The room was nicely decorated, so is the lobby. it brings you right in the Elvis athmosphere. Although older, especially the plumbing, the room was clean.Breakfast was OK, not great. We stayed 2 nights to visit Graceland,so that was OK, wouldn't wanna stay a whole week or so.If you just plan to visit Graceland it's perfect for a couple of nights.

Location is convenient to Chattanooga attractions. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room had a king-sized bed, plus a sofa-bed sitting area, a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker, Wi-Fi, and a 32" LCD HD TV. The breakfast buffet staff was wonderful! They were extremely cheerful and pleasant to be greeted by in the morning. The desk and lobby staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large! Very enjoyable stay.

Desk clerk friendly and knowledgeable about the area and willing to take time to respond to questions. -
Gary was great!!! He remembered me each time I encountered him, he even remembered my room number! You don't see that often.
