The setting a Opryland is just phenomonal. The price is really not badwhen you consider what you stay in and the availability of shopping,restaurants and lush grounds all available in ac. I felt like the foodwas improved from our last stay two years ago. - everyone was very courteous.. the hotel was beautiful

My fiancé and I stayed in the Comfort Inn Downtown in Nashville had a brilliant stay. Although it is around 10 minutes walk into the main streets, we found this to be to our liking and loved the quiet location. This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was walking distance to downtown (we walk a lot), the breakfast area and options were excellent, the pool was clean, comfortable bed and staff excellent. We had an issue with a bathroom light and they came and replaced it within an hour! Great price and perfect for budget watchers!

Everything was great the food was excellent and the lounge was very inviting and cheap drinks. Staff was polite except for one front desk person. The shuttle to and from downtown Nashville was a huge help, although we did have to use a cab a few times because of traffic put the drivers behind when they had to do airport pick ups. All in all we had

We thought the hotel was about the best bang for your buck around! While it is not within walking distance to the city, the free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes or so dropped you anywhere. Staff was pleasant, room was clean & comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

Location was excellent for our purpose . Some of the displays indicated
appreciation from several military gatherings and as a veteran I was
honored to see them. Breakfast buffet and the lady making requested
items was a hoot. -

The area was safe and there were multiple security cameras being monitored in the front office. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. A microwave and frig were provided as well as WIFI. -

We loved having the shuttle to the Grand Old Opry, Opry Mills Mall,
the Gaylord Opryland Resort, and downtown to the Ryman and the
Wildhorse Saloon and other honky tonks! It saved us from having to
sort all that out for ourselves. The shuttle drivers were wonderfully

I really liked the location and the shuttle service, although I think the prices for the shuttle are a little steep. I found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. The transportation staff is exceptional! From the moment we were picked up at the airport, each person was willing to share some history on Tennessee and some fun spots! All are exceptional!

I liked everything. The room was spacious, clean and was right on a river. It was also right behind the parkway where there was plenty of shopping and places to eat. I enjoyed the fact that they had given us an upgrade on our reservation. My fiancé and I loved the proximity to Gatlinburg's main strip and that we weren't forced to pay for parking. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. Even though we stayed during the weekend, we felt that we had our privacy and didn't notice any commotion. We will definitely come back to River Terrace.

This facility had just been fully remodeled. If it wasn't for outside (which was fine) you would have thought it was a new hotel. Was perfectly clean/new and lush. The price was really unbelievable for what we received.
Great stopover on our way to mountains. -

The rooms were new and the beds were comfy, the bathroom was big with a
lot of counter space, room had nice view of Nashville skyline and was a
5 min walk from lp field and downtown. It was the weekend of a music
fest and the room was silent, couldn't hear neighboring kids or
noise in the hall. -

Downton pleasant, very Clean, Nice buildings. Area around market square very walkable. The bridge and chapman highway seem to be undergoing a big transformation, long needed. -
