  The rooms are a good size and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you have children, you cannot beat this hotel! The *free* included water park, large 2nd pool, and hot tub are a must for the kids at the end of the day. The pools accomodate babies thru adults, something for everyone.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were sympathetic and didn't mind listening to our story of our long trip. The room was clean and comfortable. Beds had extra pillows and bath had more than enough towels. Check in was quick and check out as well. Breakfast was good with a good variety of selections.   I enjoyed the room & the free breakfast. The room was clean & smelled nice. I also really liked how bright it looked and took in light. There was a lot of options for in the free breakfast. The area was a little on the tight side and certainly not accessible but everything else was awesome!!! - Great price, great location for shopping and... ce que les gens disent » running errands, very clean and friendly staff. We were grateful for the free taxi ride when our plane arrived too late to catch the hotel shuttle. Our room was quite large and the beds were comfortable.

  It was a very enjoyable stay. Room was nice, beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The staff were very professional and very polite. The restaurant was also very well run with superb food. The only complaint we had was that the jets in the hot tub were not working, if that's anything to complain about!! Everyone was very friendly, facility was clean, beds were very comfortable, shower was wonderful. Very quiet.   just about everything. bed, staff, clean, quiet, laundry on site. Been on the road almost 3 weeks, this was by far the best hotel. - It's a very nice new hotel. Clean rooms. Quiet for the most part. The good far outweighs the bad.

  Modern hotel, very well maintained, and located where there is convenient access to anywhere in the Black Hills. There is many excellent restaurants located within two miles. - Nice comfortable room, good size and value. Nice to have 24-hr coffee bar. Would be nice to have some kind of breakfast included option.
