The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very
comfortable and clean. I had forgotten that our room had a full mini-
kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice
surprise when we walked in. The pool was heated and the hotel provided

Staff were very professional and provided good service. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away.
Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because
we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so
we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so
we could use the balcony and watch the ocean. She let us go and look at
both rooms and make our choice. Very helpful and kind. The cleani

The location of the hotel was great. It was not in the middle of the busy part of Myrtle Beach. The pools were nice and having the parking deck attached to hotel was nice since it was raining part of our trip. Staff was nice and rooms and hotel was clean and up to date.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. They served free breakfast each morning that was much nicer than a typical continental buffet that included eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, cereal, fresh fruits and bagels. Very nice room, very clean with a very comfortable bed. Thy have a very good breakfast buffet each morning. The wi-fi was fast and free They have a nice lounge area off of the lobby for meeting people and conducting business. I've stayed at more expensive hotels that were not as nice. The staff was super friendly.

This is a great hotel and the room was awesome. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in at a hotel. The hot breakfast was wonderful. The location was close to the airport, with a free shuttle, and it wasn't very far from all the sites. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Charleston. -

The lady who works in the dining area for breakfast was super nice and even came to clean our table off for us! Will stay here again the next time we are in Charleston!

This is a refurbished fort. The building is fascinating. The atrium where the rooms are is open and beautiful. Our room was typical Embassy Suite. The hotel is on the same block as Rue 99, Coast and Virginia's on King, three great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. -
