The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very
comfortable and clean. I had forgotten that our room had a full mini-
kitchen (refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave) so that was a nice
surprise when we walked in. The pool was heated and the hotel provided

Staff were very professional and provided good service. Breakfast was very good and the sweet lady making the waffle was wonderful! Was worried about the street noise, but did not hear it at all and our room as only metres away.
Friend forgot his reading glasses and the hotel called as soon as they were found.

Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the
manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525
sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel,
the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our
questions, extremely helpful. By the way did the mention that the sui

on the 10th floor was oceanfront and we had 2 balconies. Best of all was
that they did not charge us extra. Clearly the best hotel I have ever
stay -
The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were
excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite
and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular
destination for us.

The room was wonderful and spacious! I loved my stay at the Sheraton. It was a bit more family oriented than we expected for a "girls trip" but nonetheless, it was a beautiful, clean, peaceful vacation spot. My roommates and I enjoyed our stay and would visit again in the future! -

Great oceanview condo with a great location. Very clean with updated appliances. Kingston Plantation is an enclosed community so after buying groceries we never had to leave if we didn't want to. letsbookhotel.com also had some of the lowest prices on a 2 bedroom condo at Kingston which was needed with 2 teen girls in tow. -

The kitchen was very nice with all accessories needed, granite counters, etc. We had a wonderful time and had absolutely no complaints.

We liked the quiet and especially loved the beds and bedding. This is the reason we always stay at Hampton if available, updated comfy mattresses and all bedding washed before each stay! -

The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Marine Boot Camp so it was also very helpful that they gave us information regarding the graduation upon check in as well as having a Marine their in the evening to go through what to expect. -

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Not far from the beach. Right beside a nice mall and plenty of restaurants. The staff was very polite and helpful. Although I felt the hotel restaurant was a little pricey. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The pool was nice as well -
