not far from the highway, nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff,
has a swimming pool, a fitness room and a small store. Breakfast was
good and there was free coffee, tea or hot chocolate 24/7. -

The staff was very friendly and helped us with questions about Newport. We got great tips about restaurants. Everyone was very helpful and nice. For example they always wanted to help with our stroller going up and down the stairs. This is an old house so it´s kind of narrow in the hallways but it was no problem getting around. We loved our visit to Newport and will stay here again! The staff was wonderful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Everything but the beaches and mansions were in walking distance. The breakfast was simple but filling and fresh each morning, with fruit and/or cookies out each day and afternoon. The room was great, and we especially enjoyed the deck...a great place for a glass of wine or cup of coffee! Thanks so much for a great stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our weekend getaway and were very pleased with the hotel and staff! We were upgraded to an ocean view room for no extra charge and the staff was very helpful with the one small issue we had with the tv, and fixed it promptly. I thought the Inn had everything that we needed for our week end in Newport, RI. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. Plus, there was always a pot of fresh coffee. I would book this Inn again. Thanks to all the staff. -

We loved being in the thick of things in downtown Newport. We Loved Jane, the manager, who was very thorough, friendly, and helpful. We loved the sheets and th comfort of the bed. We Loved th view of the harbor from our room and the spaciousness of our room and sitting area.For the price, some higher qualitybaked goods would have been betterfor the included continental breakfast. Bathroom and bed were immaculate

I like the look and the warmth of the facility. Very clean, didn't appear to crowded with guests. I interacted with several shuttle drivers who were all pleasant and very accomodating. This Hotel is a treat for staying in Federal Hill. By being a part of
DePasqualle Square, with it's wonderful food and entertainment,
it's like taking an Italian vacation. The (apartment)rooms are
huge with a massive living/dining room with fireplace and two
separate bedrooms. This is at such a bargain price that I would
definitely stay there agai

The staff was great. Carmine especially accomodating. The rooms were clean. The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants, view the shops, traverse Federal Hill, meet people. Just a great experience all around. There to celebrate my daughters graduation from college. There were 7 of us all together and we all loved it.

My room was exactly what I reserved, quiet and away from elevators. The staff is very professional, knowledgable and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable and the pool, spa and all areas of the hotel is maintained at a high standard. The service from every employee is excellent. The breakfast is above average and the cinne buns are devine. -

room layout was nice and roomie. Customer service was spot on I came in late and the service was good even for the middle of the night. The moning shift was just as great. I travel there everyother weekend and I will stay here.
